About Us
The recreation center "Guest yard Tretya Pad" is not only a cozy place to relax for couples and large companies in rooms, mini-houses and guest houses, but also active recreation on land, sea, water and in the air, excursions, tours and gastronomic tours.

The complex itself is located near the island capital, 20 km from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Guests are offered the following services:
- Guest houses, mini-houses, double rooms. Gazebos with a separate barbecue area, grill houses, cafes, Russian wood-fired saunas (large and small), Siberian vats and fonts where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
- Walks and sea fishing on a cabin boat.
- For active recreation, we offer snowmobile and ATV rental.
- Want to see Sakhalin from a bird's eye view? We are glad to present you with helicopter services.
- Want to go skiing or snowboarding at the best ski resort in the Far East? We will provide all the necessary equipment.
- Trips to remote, wild places on a mobile sauna, based in Ural.

- Провели три прекрасных дня у приветливых хозяев в гостевом дворе Третья Падь. Уютный, теплый, светлый номер со всеми удобствами. Вид из окна номера просто картина, море, даль, синее небо и белоснежные облака. Девушки на ресепшене вежливые профессионалы, решат любой вопрос, помогут организовать отдых, подскажут экскурсии. В кафе готовят завтраки для гостей, а так же можно в любое время заказать авторские блюда из меню от Шефа. Мы арендовали автомобиль, ездили катались на лыжах на Горный Воздух. Обязательно вернемся в это великолепное место. Спасибо за отличный уикенд!
- Заказывали себе прогулку на снегоходах. Захотели встретить закат на горе. Некоторые фирмы отказались так поздно выезжать,а Гостевой Двор пошёл навстречу и всё организовал. Спасибо нашему гиду-инструктору Денису,всё доходчиво объяснил,рассказал,показал,и с погодой нам повезло,в общем нам всё понравилось,мы в восторге! Спасибо Вам,приедем ещё раз...когда потеплеет немного😁
- Спасибо за отличную организацию зимней рыбалки! Мы остались в безумном восторге! Организация трансфера, питания, палатки, удочки, все исключительно комфортно! Вежливая и внимательная команда, комфортный и беззаботный отдых!
- Отличное место для семейного отдыха ! Были удивлены низкими оценками ,даже думали стоит ли ехать.Не пожалели ни на минуту .Нас встретили в аэропорту ,разместили быстро ,не смотря на то что пораньше приехали. В меню есть комплексные обеды ,что тоже удобно.Попробовали восточную кухню -пальчики оближешь .Арендовали автомобиль и прокатились по самым популярным местам Сахалина .Так же съездили на рыбалку ,можно заказать там же у администратора .Вернёмся ещё раз ,спасибо за организацию такого отдыха по доступным ценам !
- С компанией друзей снимали там беседку, отличное место для отдыха, в кафе отличное меню, персонал доброжелательный, всем довольны.
- Арендовали мини-дом на выхоные - замечательное расположение + участок отделён от других и на территории своя зона барбекю. Домик уютный, есть камин. Рядом банька с чаном - брали на три часа попарились с друзьями от души! Чаном в следующий раз воспользуемся, так как его заранее надо было заказывать - отличный повод приехать ещё раз!
- Побывали в этом отличном месте, съездили на экскурсию на гору Быкова великолепные виды, так же остались с ночёвкой, отличный вид на море с мини дома каторый арендовали,вежливый и приветливый персонал! Рекомендую!!
- Хочу оставить положительный отзыв о данной организации, и порекомендовать каждому воспользоваться их услугами. Для меня с мужем организовали великолепное трехдневное проживание на базе отдыха "Гостевой двор "ТРЕТЬЯ ПАДЬ" в домике, построенном из бруса, экскурсию на снегоходах на гору Быкова и подледную рыбалку на озере Изменчивое. Все было на высшем уровне, мы остались очень довольны!
- Отдыхали всей семьей,были с ночевкой,приветливый персонал,объяснят что куда и как,все чисто,белоснежное выглаженное постельное белье,в доме очень тепло и уютно,так же очень вкусный и сытный завтра,бронировали чан и баню,а так же арендовали гриль дом где пожарили шашлык!напарились и накупались от души!советую это прекрасное Место для отдыха с со своей семьей и с друзьями!
